You're already joined to the site, but if you want to join an RP all you have to do is submit a character. Go into a roleplay that interests you, look for the character tab, and click it. Then there should be a list of characters in the RP, and a submission form beneath it.
I don't know what you want for forms, sorry :P
But for pictures, have you been using the image tag?
