>> it is. the real concern is going to be whether this aid gets diverted. whether there's enough monitoring of it, and whether it helps through a very difficult period. when they stabilize themselves they could become again.
>> what are you hoping out of this meeting next week?
>> they don't have anything scheduled. i'm sure they are going to have something. i don't think they will announce anything.
>> the continued process. the hope this is moving forward and perhaps even prove this kind of negotiation is the way to disarming nations that the world fears.
>> there's a time limit on this because secretary gates said wherein five years the would land a ballistic missle in the united states .
